Amazing service all around!

Had such a nice stay. The staff was super friendly, especially the front desk team—shoutout to Jackson! They helped us out a lot during our family visit. The place was tidy and a good size. Only downside was the motion-sensor A/C—it kicked up to the 70s when we weren’t around, but it cooled down quick. Breakfast was better than expected too!

The lobby greeted us with a wonderful fall scent and festive decor, setting a cozy tone for our stay. Breakfast featured a variety of options, including eggs and waffles, perfect for the little ones. The staff's friendliness truly stood out, especially when they assisted with a missing condiment for our meal. However, the air conditioning in our room was quite loud, which could be bothersome for some. It was a minor inconvenience, but overall, the cleanliness and service made for a delightful experience.

The King Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice separate sitting area. It felt modern and had a decent amount of space. Plenty of towels provided, too. The only downside was that the curtains didn't fully close, so there was some light coming in from outside. Otherwise, great for a one-night stay!

Just a solid selection for a short visit in Wilmington with outstanding value. The staff were friendly and gave us complimentary drinks while we waited for our room. Make sure to bring your own water bottles, as none is available anywhere in the hotel.

My children wished the pool water was warmer for a more comfortable swim. A little bit of heating would make it perfect for families.
